PAYROLL CSV IMPORTS

Your payroll export becomes the starting point.

Bring a CSV export from your existing payroll provider into a connected certified payroll workflow. Map the fields, review the records, and prepare your weekly WH-347 with the project context alongside it.

01

Export, then map

Use a payroll CSV export, including exports from systems such as QuickBooks, ADP, Gusto or Paychex. Match the available columns to the required fields and save a mapping preset for repeat imports. Export layouts vary; check the preview before committing.

02

Review matches and missing fields

Review employee and project matches and resolve missing information. Keep worker classifications connected to the selected wage determination and work dates. An import is a starting point for review, not a certification.

03

Prepare the report from reviewed records

Once the payroll records are reviewed, prepare the weekly WH-347, inspect the reporting facts and use ReadyCheck to investigate findings under the enabled rules. Signing remains an explicit action.

04

Know the integration boundary

PaidReady currently uses file-based CSV import. It does not provide a live connection, automatic synchronization, or a direct integration with the payroll providers named here. You keep processing pay and taxes in your existing system.

Confirm the fit for your project

Bring a sample export to a guided setup call if you want to confirm the fit. Do not send Social Security numbers or bank details. PaidReady is a preparation and review workflow, not a payroll processor.
