Certified payroll software compared: PaidReady, LCPtracker, eBacon, Points North, Elation, CertifiedPayrollPro

I built PaidReady for contractors who want to keep their payroll provider and review findings before signing a federal WH-347. Here is how that scope compares with the public product information I could verify.

These are vendor descriptions, not results of hands on product testing. “Not published” means the cited pages did not establish the fact; it does not mean the feature is unavailable. Confirm the required plan, current pricing and recipient format before buying.

LCPtracker offers several products. This row describes LCPcertified for a contractor’s own reporting; confirm separately what an agency’s LCPtracker project requires. eBacon’s overview also describes its payroll and fringe tools [3].

PaidReady’s scope and price

Federal WH-347 is supported today. California DIR eCPR XML is beta, limited to one classification line per worker and no cash in lieu, with no real portal upload verified. Other state portal exports are planned. PaidReady does not replace your payroll provider.

First report is free with no card, one project and two users. Contractor is $49 per company per month or $490 yearly, with five projects and three users. Business is $99 monthly or $990 yearly, with 25 projects and 10 users. Paid plans have a 30 day trial, card required, no charge until renewal.

Review coverage and compare PaidReady plans.
